1. Who we are and what this notice covers

Wuhan Jumu Technology Co., Ltd. operates the MakeWorlds international website at www.makeworlds.net. We are based in Jianghan District, Wuhan, Hubei, China. Contact us at sales@jumu.xyz for privacy questions, requests or our full postal address.

This notice covers browsing our product information and guides and contacting our team. This website launch does not include accounts, subscriptions, online payments, media uploads or cloud reconstruction. Additional services will have information reflecting their actual processing before they become available.

2. Information we process and why

This version of the website does not set account, advertising or analytics cookies and does not write a language preference to local storage. Language is determined by the page URL. Your browser may cache pages and images; you can clear these through its settings. A legacy mw-lang value from an earlier visit is no longer used and can be removed by clearing this site's browser data.

We do not use this website for targeted advertising, profiling or automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

4. Providers, locations and international processing

The website is hosted on Alibaba Cloud in the US Silicon Valley region. We do not use a CDN. Website requests and security logs are processed on that hosting infrastructure. Our company and the team handling correspondence are based in China, so enquiries and necessary support or security information may be accessed and handled in China through our enterprise email and administrative systems.

We use hosting and email providers to operate the website and communicate. Access is limited to personnel and providers who need the information for those purposes. We may disclose information where a valid legal obligation requires it or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, subject to applicable safeguards.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not treat a visit or an email as blanket consent to international transfers. Where a particular disclosure is a restricted international transfer, the applicable transfer requirements must be met. Contact us for information about recipients, locations and the safeguards relevant to your information; this notice does not claim that every country provides equivalent protection.

5. How long we keep information

• Routine website access and error logs are kept for 30 days, with daily rotation and deletion; processing of daily rotations may introduce a short delay.
• We review ordinary enquiries when the matter and necessary follow-up have ended and remove information that is no longer needed. Contract, dispute or security records are retained only as needed for the relevant purpose and applicable legal requirements.
• Privacy-request records are retained only as necessary to demonstrate our response, comply with applicable obligations or resolve a dispute.
• If a specific legal obligation or documented security incident requires longer retention, we restrict the information and access to what is necessary for that purpose.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on the laws that apply to your information, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Email sales@jumu.xyz, identifying the website, relevant interaction and the request. We request additional verification only where proportionate and necessary.

Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we respond to rights requests without undue delay and ordinarily within one month. Where a lawful extension is necessary, we explain it within that initial period. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and complain to the competent supervisory authority, including in your place of habitual residence, work or the alleged infringement, as applicable.

Where California or other US state privacy laws apply, we honour the applicable rights to know or access, correct, delete, and opt out of covered sales, sharing, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling. We do not conduct those advertising, sale or profiling activities through this website. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
