Wuhan Jumu Technology Co., Ltd., based in Jianghan District, Wuhan, Hubei, China, operates the MakeWorlds Studio website at www.makeworlds.net. 2. Information and purposes

• Website operation: IP address, visit time, page path, browser and request results are processed to deliver and secure the site and resolve faults. Where applicable, we rely on legitimate interests in operating a secure website or relevant legal obligations.
• Enquiries: we use the contact details, messages and attachments you provide to respond, take steps you request before a contract, or handle privacy requests. The applicable basis is our legitimate interest in responding, requested contractual steps, legal obligations or consent where required. Please avoid sensitive or unnecessary information. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
• Optional analytics: with your consent, Google Analytics measures visits, page views, scrolling, download clicks, referral sources and device/browser information using cookie identifiers and network information, including approximate location derived from IP addresses. We use these reports to improve the site. We do not enable advertising personalisation or Google signals.

3. Cookies and your choices

Analytics stays off until you accept. Rejecting does not affect browsing. We remember your choice for 180 days in your browser, across this site's languages. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw it at any time. Alibaba Cloud hosts the site in the US Silicon Valley region; our team handles enquiries in China through enterprise email. Google processes analytics under its service terms and may process information in the US and other countries. Necessary information is available only to relevant personnel, providers or recipients with a valid legal basis. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Applicable international-transfer safeguards must be met for restricted transfers; a visit is not blanket transfer consent. Routine security logs are kept for 30 days. Enquiries and privacy-request records are kept only for their purpose, necessary follow-up and applicable legal obligations; contract, dispute or security records may require longer retention. We use safeguards including HTTPS and access controls.

5. Rights and updates

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email us with enough detail to identify your request; we require only proportionate verification. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Under EU/UK GDPR, we ordinarily respond within one month and explain any lawful extension. You may complain to your competent authority, and request review of a refusal where an appeal right applies. We do not discriminate against people exercising privacy rights.

This site is not directed at children. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information. Updates show a new version and date; material changes receive appropriate notice and renewed consent where required.
